A deposit is required to confirm every appointment. The deposit is deducted from the final balance, which is settled at the studio on the day.

Deposits are refundable in full when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment time using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling inside 24 hours may be accommodated at the studio's discretion.

Please arrive five to ten minutes before your appointment. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that the next client is not affected.

If you do not arrive for a confirmed appointment and have not contacted the studio, the deposit is retained and future bookings may require full prepayment.

Some services require preparation, for example arriving with clean, detangled and stretched hair for braiding. Preparation notes are shown on each service page and in your confirmation.

If hair arrives unprepared, a wash and preparation may be added at the studio and will extend the appointment and the price.

We collect only the information needed to manage your appointment: your name, phone number, email address and any notes or reference images you choose to share.

Your details are used to confirm, remind and follow up on appointments, and are never sold or shared with third parties beyond the providers that deliver payments and notifications on our behalf.

You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by contacting the studio.

Prices shown are starting prices in Ghana cedis and may vary with length, density and add-ons. The final price is confirmed at the studio before your service begins.

Gift cards are valid for twelve months from purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
